Central Lake Independence Day Celebration will start off with the Victory4Veterans 5K Run. The parade will start at 12 p.m. At 1 p.m. the Lions Club chicken dinner will begin. From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. is the Tuesday Night Eats and Beats at the new M88 Pavilion featuring the Dig a Pony Beatles tribute band along with food trucks on site and vendors.

Central Lake Victory4Veterans 5K run will be held in downtown Central Lake on Tuesday, July 4 at 9 a.m. Registration fee is $30 or $40 on race day. All proceeds go to the Central Lake Veterans Center. Register at cenrallakevictory4veterans5k.itsyourrace.com or in person at Central Lake Hardware.
