The Antrim County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for complete the Exterior Renovation of the Courthouse located at 205 E. Cayuga St. Bellaire, MI 49615. Bid specifications may be obtained by visiting or at the Administration Office (address below). Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Antrim County Administration Office, 203 E. Cayuga St., Room 204; or P.O. Box 187, Bellaire, MI 49615, received no later than 2:00 p.m. on June 18, 2024. All bids should be plainly marked “Courthouse Exterior Renovation” on the outside. Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting: Each bidder is responsible for attending the mandatory pre-bid site visit. Pre-bid meeting will be held on May 29, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. at the Antrim County Governmental Building located at 203 E. Cayuga St., Bellaire, MI 49615 in the Board of Commissioner Room. Bids will be publicly opened and inspected by the County Administration Office (address above) at 2:00 p.m. on June 18 in Room 209 of the Antrim County Building. A recommendation to award the bid will be considered by the Board of Commissioners on July 5. The County of Antrim reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in a bid, and to accept that bid which, in the opinion of the County Commissioners, is in the best interest of the County.
