Southwell Sugar Shack will be hosting their annual Maple Open House on Saturday, March 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Head out to the farm to learn how maple syrup is made, from tap to table. Take a guided tour to learn historical sugaring practices, the science behind sap flow and see a modern production facility in action. Taste samples of maple syrup and other maple products. Southwell Sugar Shack is located at 4750 Croy Lake Road, Mancelona.
