The Alden District Library is having a Book Sale on Saturday, Aug. 31 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Available items for sale are books, audio books, DVDs, music CDs and puzzles. Proceeds will benefit Enrichment Programs for adults and children. The sale is held at the Helena Township Community Center, 8751 Helena Road and is sponsored by the Friends of the Alden District Library. For more information contact 231-331-4318.
