Barbara Roberts Memorial Bridge Walk

The Friends of the Library at Bellaire Public Library are sponsoring the annual “Barbara Roberts Memorial Bridge Walk” on Monday (Labor Day) Sept. 4 at 10 a.m. Participants will meet at the white gazebo in Richardi Park at 10 a.m. and then walk to the trestle bridge, the Warner bridge, the Bridge St bridge and return to the gazebo. Leading the walk will be Miss Bellaire and her court. Barbara Roberts was a wonderful, kind, dedicated member of the Friends and would have loved this event. Miss Bellaire is sponsoring a bake sale at the event, water will be provided and a jar for donations to BPL will be available at the gazebo. Join us for this fun, Labor Day tradition.
