CENTRAL LAKE — The Central Lake Village Council is once again, for the second time in the past year, on the hunt for a new village clerk after the recent resignation of Kayla Graham from the position.
KALKASKA — On a normal day, Kalkaska village clerk Angie Koon goes about her duties in a quiet way.
But, Koon’s efforts to serve her community recently caught the attention of the Michigan Association of Municipal Clerks, which named her “The 2020 Village Clerk of the Year.”
CENTRAL LAKE — The just-completed results of a special forensic audit of the village of Central Lake's financial records did not reveal any missing funds, Central Lake Village Council president Larry Eckhardt said earlier this week.
