Village council appoints new member to replace North
KALKASKA – The Kalkaska Village Council is back up to full strength.
Council members voted unanimously, 4-0, Monday to appoint village resident Timothy Ellis to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Dan North in late February. Trustees Diana Needham and Denise Kelly were absent.
