Trojans step up a level to start the season

VASSAR — After not being able to get outside at all this season, the Central Lake softball team didn’t ease into things when it finally got on a diamond.

The Trojans were given a serious test right off the bat.

Central Lake faced a trio of Class C teams on Saturday at the Vassar Invitational, winning one of the three contests to start the season.
