Slush Cup

Garrett Eggers, 11, of Bay City, and a 5th grade student at Faith Lutheran, clears the Slush Cup at Schuss Village Saturday without falling in.  Garrett began skiing when he was 3 years old, and races competitively with the Antrim Ski Academy team, and skiing jumps in the park. He didn’t think he was going to make it across. “It defies gravity trying to ski on water from snow,” he said.  Garrett said he was very proud to have defeated the Slush Cup challenge and looks forward to doing it again next season.
