New call center officially opens for business

BELLAIRE – The former location of Papa K’s Pizza hummed with activity Monday as approximately 12 new employees handled phone calls. Across the hall, another half dozen new employees were attending a training class for their new positions as customer service representatives.

After more than eight months of planning and renovation, Crusecom Technologies’ new call center is open for business.

“Construction and renovation was completely finished last Friday, after more than a month’s delay,” said company owner Art Cruse on Monday as he led a tour of the new facility. “A lot of that was my fault, as I kept making changes, but there was a lot of drainage work that had to be done, too, that started in January.”
