Miller no-hits Grayling in Lake Michigan victory
GRAYLING — Kalkaska pitcher Mia Miller put a cap on a stellar week of softball by the Blazers as she threw a no-hitter in Kalkaska’s 11-0 victory over Grayling in game one of a doubleheader on Monday.
Miller just missed throwing a perfect game with one Grayling batter reaching base on error. Miller recorded 13 strikeouts in the outing.
Alli DeVol and Jordyn Disbow each collected two hits for Kalkaska, while Lauren DeVol, Miller and Lauren Judd adding RBI hits.
Kalkaska cruised in the second game as well, winning 12-1.
