Memo of Understanding means the loss of more Public Land

The recent decision by DNR Director Lott to sign an agreement with the DMVA, hands another 52,000 acres of the public’s land to the Military. Those that are in opposition to this unnecessary land grab are not anti military! Veterans from many branches of the military clearly see what this is, and are adamantly opposed! The history shows Camp leadership continues to questionably acquire 50,000 acres every 10 years. Camp Grayling is the largest training facility in the country, with access to 148,000 acres, of which about 70,000 is not being used!
