Food Service Director
& Staff - Camp Hayo-Went-Ha (Central Lake) has a sudden need for a summer Food Service Director and a Food Service Assistant/Shift Leader. The Food Service Director oversees all aspects of the summer kitchen – ordering, cooking, staff supervision and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have 2-5 years’ experience in food service management in a large operation. ServSafe certification is required and can be provided if needed. The Food Service Assistant/Shift Leader will support the work of the Food Service Director and oversee operations in his/her absence. Summer season runs from late May through mid-August. Possible option for (shared) on-site accommodations. Very competitive salary.
