On Memorial Day weekend from Friday, May 27 to Monday, May 30 come and enjoy a family fun event at the Torchport Airport, 1309 U.S. 31, Kewadin and help raise $25,000 to our local food pantries. On Friday, May 27 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. camp check in for pilots and families only. Camp sites will be assigned at the time of arrival. Saturday, May 28 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Fly-in/Drive-in Pancake Breakfast. Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children. All proceeds will benefit the Good Samaritan Family Services, Bellaire Food Pantry, Central Lake Community Pantry and Elk Rapids Community Cupboard. From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Paramotor Exploratory Rides and 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Fly-in/Drive-in with live music and paramotor airshow. On Sunday, May 29 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. paramotor exploratory rides and PM pilot interaction and on Monday, May 30 12 p.m. departure time. For more information contact 231-631-5128.
