Elks go to 2-0 with win over Red Devils

ELK RAPIDS — Elk Rapids matched the number of wins tallied in the last two seasons, beating East Jordan in its football home opener 48-12 on Thursday, Aug. 31.
The win improves Elk Rapids to 2-0 for the first time since 2013, and kept alive a 10-game winning streak over the Red Devils, a former Lake Michigan Conference rival.
