Blazers hit way to perfect LMC season, conference crown

KALKASKA – The Kalkaska softball team had plenty to celebrate, when hosting Boyne City for a Lake Michigan Conference twin bill on Monday.
In winning the first game 11-2, the Blazers clinched the LMC crown. Then, by sweeping the Ramblers with a 10-6 win in the nightcap, Kalkaska completed an undefeated season in conference play.
