Ban ammo clips holding more than five rounds
Mr. Castronovo echoes the Gun-Lobbies’ belief that the public will accept the idea that raising the age to purchase combat weapons will remove some of these weapons. I would like to remind everyone that three recent slaughters of the innocent were done by teenagers using weapons of war purchased by their parents for them. The shooter at the Highland Park 4th of July Parade and the one at Oxford had guns their parents provided them. The Kenosha Killer Kid even had his mother drop him off on his way to kill protesters. It makes me wonder what Mom thought he was off to do.
If you want to stop some of these meaningless deaths I have a couple of more ideas. Ban any clip over 5 rounds and ban the civilian purchase of body armor, no one needs either one outside of the military or police.
