31st annual Rubber Ducky Fest to feature full week of events
BELLAIRE – It's that time of year again, when everyone everywhere is invited to "duck" into the Village of Bellaire, where the "quackin" will be enjoyed all of next week with the 31st annual Rubber Ducky Festival, the Bellaire Chamber’s annual celebration of summer.
This year’s festival officially begins on Monday, Aug. 13 with a performance by the Bay Area Big Band in the gazebo area of the Area Seniors, Inc. property behind the Antrim County Commission on Aging office on Cayuga Street. Scheduled to begin at 6 p.m., the band performance promises a full evening of entertainment for all who attend.
An honor cover charge of $5-$10 per person is requested to benefit the Bay Area Music Foundation. Those attending should bring a lawn chair and anything they would like to eat or drink. For additional information, visit bayareamusicfoundation.org.
