Atwood was the place to be on February 27, when Friske Orchards held their 7th Annual Cherry Recipe Contest in honor of George and that cherry tree. Beverages, candy, and snacks were judged on ease of preparation, taste, best use of cherries, originality/creativity, and appearance.
