FIFE LAKE – The 30-plus members of the Forest Area High School Class of 2017, along with friends, family and staff, celebrated the end of their high school careers on Sunday, June 24, during the school’s 41st Commencement Exercises.

Tom Hall, a wrestling standout and Forest Area alumnus, said he remembers using the same classrooms, halls “and even the same textbooks” as those getting their diplomas on Sunday.
“I’m extremely proud of each of you,” Hall said, who served as guest speaker. “I’m also extremely excited for you.”
