Schlaff, who finished first in the 155-pound boys varsity division, had a pound for pound total of 7.541 after recording a total weight lifted of 1,205 pounds. Central Lake’s Izaac DeYoung took first in the 132-pound division, while Kalkaska’s DiOndre Blake took first in the 114-pound class. DeYoung recorded a total of 865 from a squat of 320, a bench of 205 and a deadlift of 340. Blake, meanwhile, had a total of 715, lifting 265 in the squat, 175 in the bench and 275 in the deadlift.
