CLAM RIVER — A popular Torch Lake area bar and restaurant has new owners.

"When we were 17 and working there in the summer time, Brandon and I would joke that someday we were going to buy it," said Ruben Meneses last week.

On Friday, Jan. 3, that joke came true when Meneses and business partner Brandon Nichols became the new owners of the Dockside Bar and Restaurant in Clam River.
