Miss Kalkaska 2017 Tayla Rucker crowned Chloe Miller as Miss Kalkaska 2018. Miller is a Kalkaska High School senior and will begin her studies in communication at Michigan State University this fall.
In addition to Miss Kalkaska, Miller earned the title of Miss Midland 2017 last year and also placed in the top-10 at the Miss Michigan Outstanding Teen 2017 pageant.
