A Leap Year birthday — and a day named just for him

BELLAIRE — This Saturday will be a pretty special day for Bellaire resident and longtime Shanty Creek Resort employee Brad Stilwell.

It's his birthday — and the good news is, he will only be 14 years old.

"Oh, if I only knew then what I know now," Stilwell mused last week.
