DNR-Certified free Hunter Safety Class

A free Michigan DNR-Certified Hunter Safety Class will be offered Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 7-8 at the Central Lake VFW Hall (1805 N. M-88, just south of downtown). Hours on Saturday are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., while Sunday hours will vary slightly. Both days are required for students to receive their certificates. Students ages 10 and younger will need a parent to attend the class with them. The class is free, but limited to 90 students. Lunch will be supplied both days for all students.
