To all businesses and people in the Village of Bellaire

Daniel Bennett - Bellaire Village President

The Village Council and I want to express our thanks and appreciation to all of the business owners, workers and residents within the Village of Bellaire for their hard work and commitment to helping prevent the spread of COVID-19. During these trying times, the business owners, workers, and the residents of our great community have come together to help not only prevent the spread of this disease but to help each other. Residents have little free food pantries in their yards for people in need, and others have donated food for this endeavor. Countless people supported local businesses when there could not be any in-service patronage, and continue to support our local businesses even now. The businesses offered discounts to those frontline workers such as first responders, healthcare workers, and teachers, among others, who could not protect themselves by staying home, and have put into place requirements to protect their workers.

We are thankful that Bellaire is made up of the type of people that will lend a helping hand to those in need, and who will pull together in hard times. Thank you.
